- For appointments after 8:30 pm or on Sundays, the consultation fee is 1 lakh rupees, few exceptions 50k

- If feasible, you can ring the bell or conveniently set up an appointment in advance through WhatsApp.

For all other patients, relatives, etc. of patients, consultation fees for speaking to or consulting with the doctor – whether online or at the clinic – should be collected for oral health reasons with no exceptions, including family, friends, and acquaintances (whether loyal or new patients). Regarding treatment charges, costs vary due to numerous factors. Dental assistants or nurses will provide this information only after consultation with the doctor, as each case is unique, and we provide personalized dental treatment recommendations based on the patient's condition after examination. Only approximate charges can be provided without X-rays or other examinations, such as visual examinations; sometimes radiography is required, which will also involve a consultation fee.

The doctor will not discuss fees with patients. Fees are to be paid before consultation and treatment as consent, following the wishes of the doctors.

Companies seeking information, whether about fees or pro bono services, should consult doctors according to their wishes. This also applies to any materials, equipment, or prescriptions, which should be provided only as indicated and not as a result of fees, meals, gifts, lectures, or conferences.

For unscheduled treatment, you can visit his empaneled clinic for assistance. Kindly note that charges will apply for such interactions, and they will be separate from your regular scheduled appointments for online or in-clinic consultations and treatments.

To receive the best available treatment as per the Doctor's and our best ability, please come during clinic hours with an appointment to ensure a positive experience. As we only serve a limited number of patients, charges may increase and appointments for treatment may not be given beyond a certain point to continue providing excellent service to patients, staff, doctors, and the team. Feedback is welcomed for improvement (appointments are usually canceled if there is a delay of more than 10 minutes to avoid inconvenience for other appointments). OPG and big X-ray facilities are available nearby at Raddon Diagnostic Center, and cross-referral clearance can be obtained from Dr. Raakhee GP at Amar Jyoti or your preferred practitioner.

Further consultations with the doctor can be arranged with a prior appointment via Zoom or through direct communication with the doctor. If desired, any failures which are humanly possible within six months will be redone at no additional cost. After six months, you will be responsible for the cost of procedures including orthodontics relapses and materials incurred (except implants, which come with a lifetime warranty from Nobel Biocare; please return any failed implants to us). Any procedure failures beyond 5 years will incur the full fee.

Regarding other matters such as fillings, we strive to save teeth, so there is no specific timeframe for redoing procedures, even if the decay progresses after treatment. Then, you might need maybe even next day or eventually based on your maintenance and numerous factors more extensive and expensive treatments like root canals, crowns, extractions, or implants. These decisions are made with the intention of preserving your dental health. Trust between doctor and patient or guardian. Everything is handled ethically. Treatment fees may also vary accordingly. Before your stay, please provide your medical and dental information for preparatory purposes.
