1. **QR Code & Clinic Accounts for Payments**: Before confirming any appointments, patients will now be required to make their consultation and treatment fee payments in advance. Upon booking, a QR code and clinic account details is provided for swift and convenient transactions above

2. **Exception for Loyal Patients**: Recognizing the long-standing relationship and trust we have built with some of our patients, a select few will be permitted to pay after their treatment. This will be based on mutual understanding and applies only for treatment amounts less than 30k.
