Pay more or less? Preventive care

"Making Healthy Lifestyle Choices: Decisions for a Happy Environment and Epigenetic Impact on the Next Generation"

Achieving Savings and Reducing Financial Stress for a Wealthy Family

Positive Relationships, Happiness, Contentment, Gratitude, and How to Cultivate a Positive Attitude

If you have the financial means, you do not need to bargain or seek out charities, government dental colleges, or taxpayer-funded hospitals for your dental care needs. We provide high-quality dental services and are committed to upholding our standards. We have invested time, effort, and finances to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience to excel in our noble profession. Our goal is to help patients without causing harm.

Therefore, we do not wish to deal with disrespectful, unappreciative patients who threaten to give us negative feedback on social media or take legal action against us. We prefer to refer such patients to other dental clinics that may be willing to take on the risk (they might have many health conditions they don’t disclose for us to take safety precautions though we remain compassionate understanding covid /AIDs/STD/Hepatitis B which we vaccinate for in dental college/difficult procedure where jaw can break or lose nerve sensation or 1-hour procedure takes 2 (due to unforeseen reasons) with patients waiting outside) of treating them. We treat our patients with kindness, joy, and a calm mind, always focusing on the task at hand and avoiding causing harm. We are grateful to our current patients, staff, team members, and the dental community, and we strive to continue learning and improving.

We appreciate our patient's understanding of the challenges involved in delivering high-quality dental services. We aim to maintain mutually caring relationships and associations with our patients, and we hope to continue our journey together towards better oral health care awareness and routine preventive care. By making informed dental choices and decisions, patients can save money and avoid costly procedures such as root canals or implants due to negligence of their no checkups and oral hygiene maintenance and genetics role.

Health is wealth, and we provide management services that promote healthy and happy lifestyles. We welcome constructive feedback to improve our patients' experience and ensure consistent good work with humility and a positive attitude. We believe that everyone deserves blessings, goodwill, and the opportunity to receive good dental care services.

We have worked tirelessly for years in India, making financial sacrifices and missing time with our families to earn a respectable income. Helping selfish individuals who do not understand that their oral health is their responsibility is not noble; it is disheartening. If patients feel that they require a doctor and dentist, not a doctor; for a toothache, they can seek out an MBBS doctor, just as they would for any other body part (dental surgeons are specialist doctors on accelerated courses with skills, knowledge, and experience); and it's not about titles or ego it's about contributing value to society and society thanking you with the byproduct of money for your good work. We will not tolerate disrespectful or demanding patients like parents don't from their child loving them teaching them who expect the best cutting-edge technology services and threaten to post negative feedback on Google or other consumer complaint websites, like tantrums (it’s their problem we are helping them solve; go to a heart/neurosurgeon and ask if you treat will you guarantee no heart attack or no brain tumor regrowth (I have lost loved ones after massive amounts been spent) or mother and father tireless visiting a medical genetics department hoping some research coming from all over the world for a solution for their child to be healthy or have a healthy child: I have seen for over a year it’s heart rendering / be glad dental gives you a reasonable solution to your problem and definitely mostly pain relief/chances reoccurring/still further solution may be possible)/then aesthetics worked in company trained dentist so many trained; building confidence/a professional lawyer can charge whatever fee/same goes for a dentist/still we stay within market values/due to supply and demand/though you can increase demand by reducing hours/more patients with experience establishing/ed

Actual True Life Story Post-COVID: A Positive Attitude Learning

In short, the accompanying person screamed at a 61-year-old nurse for not wearing a mask due to understandable post-COVID fears. The nurse had just joined and wasn't involved in the procedure. The person then screamed at the senior dental assistant too much: The fee was 5000 Rs (usually fees are charged in full amount in advance as patients go without paying or bargain after treatment is done) and then refunded (when the policy is redoing for six months if needed no refund as time and effort team spent (it's finally a barter system value for the value that is the fundamental source of economics history) and resources used like materials, etc), but the accompanying person misbehaved with staff personnel and was told by me the full immediate family to go somewhere else, then told me I have more money than you and quietly repaid directly to the treating dental consultant trust still 1000Rs less after using the clinic facilities. Another accompanying person then started threatening when told to go somewhere else. (Any doctor/clinic/hospital knows that it's their choice to refuse to see a patient and reveal information only regarding personal health information if going to cause harm to self or others, as per the ethics. This applies to everyone having personal health information. Otherwise, the person can take you to court even if not a doctor for breach of privacy.) "I'll tell all your patients and spend one week writing a review," the person said. Meanwhile, the elderly patient finished, so happy, hugged me, and thanked me. The patient understood they came with a problem, and we helped them with a solution that relieved pain.

A previous relative undergoing treatment had her number, so we messaged her for the elderly patient who hugged to come for the further required treatment. The disastrous intent with the first accompanying person said how can you whatsapp a lady instead of me: mindset? CCTV cameras over the chair in the clinic for what doctors safety what medical doctors facing. The patient's full family number is now blocked, and there will be no further annual reminders for dental check-ups. There are millions of dentists in this world, and they don't need my care or my team's.

Wouldn't make a difference to them

A learning experience for me soft skills important(not technical only obviously is along with good nature(inherent and acquired personality) sometimes accompanying guardian along with patients

as beautifully said by a wise man

Handle yourself you'll handle the rest(patient/person/etc)situation don't react respond/best listen don't speak/understand/take action/solve)

The relative came to finish her treatment, and my mentor said to be a gentleman and let her finish her treatment. The lesson learned was to listen and provide a priceless solution and collect a fair fee for the value delivered. Relationships are more important than money, and health is wealth. I'd rather sleep peacefully at night than deal with this.

This is a noble profession, offering a solution to help poor or rich, or wealthy patients in pain (aesthetics/orthodontics/implantology a luxury I understand). Still, to be told, "I have more money" is disappointing. A person who holds the solution to your problem can take away all your money therefore priceless. Steve Jobs realized in a hospital and Christoper Reeves 'Superman' funding a spinal cord research center I visited at the University of Louisville never got his solution on time may help others the research and development. The one thing India gives this profession is "izzat aka respect." The day that changes, the equation changes from money and izzat: to both?

We still help a few needy patients on humanitarian compassionate maximum free consultation medication Fridays from 10 am to 1 pm for treatment costing us materials, equipment, team time, and resources. Patients can go to the taxpayer (we pay taxes and advance tax and auditing charges: so we offering a solution and we only paying indirectly all of us) government hospitals and dental colleges; with God-willing blessings and wisdom to help with severe pain relief we continue to do occasionally case to case basis (and emergency common sense visit the nearest hospital) by appointment only. The beauty of dentistry is there is no emergency and a good lifestyle while helping patients/mutually convenient and beneficial

"Is this an emergency? Preventive care is good, including teeth whitening to enhance one's appearance. If you need to contact a doctor directly, please do so without disturbing their duty to be fresh for their patients the next day. work-life balance-related requirements that require a calm mind living in the present moment and quality and quantity of time to contribute value to family, society, environment, happiness, contentment, etc. There is a consultation fee to be paid for any time requested for service. Every 10 minutes consultation fee is applicable for all panels of doctors, even if you have a direct number. If the fee is not paid, no further consultation or treatment solution appointment will be provided.

Currently, the assistant in charge collects advance payment over UPI fees and then fixes appointments during mutually convenient working hours. The team is both professional and considerate.

It's important for the team to remain fresh to avoid any mishaps and prevent lawsuits from other patients. Anyway, I'm very grateful for the staff team including myself/the family support system, and 99% of my patients, present and future growth, continue to stay the course with patience, effort, and (talent) luck in maintaining a good lifestyle that balances time and money for healthy relationships." your trust and loyalty, humbling; along with the vast ever-growing knowledge; and God/luck(all okay)

The biggest benefit is goodwill/lifelong/maybe/through helping your generations/legacy

Thank you

For example 2006-2008,

resident Manipal Hospital junior docotor

8.00pm Saturday evening duty finishes; starting to pack to go for my first cousin's school graduation day: Old Kingfisher Airlines air hostess; front tooth chipped in half helplessly asking doc please I have a flight they won't let me on (not covid times no mask) duty calls: so sit and finish her aesthetic work and went nearly missing my cousin's full graduation day:

family sacrifice example and I was on a salary of no extra well done or anything just another day

The point I'm making is that if someone helps you with any problem you're facing, the value of the solution is priceless, even if it's available today at the clinic without research like the COVID vaccine for a year, which the whole world faced. The point to drive home.

Nothing is free somebody pays for it and values solutions and help given(earns for a family and dignity of labor contributing value person housekeeping keeping the clinic clean, you won't be arrogant)for a service you coming for your problem or need help and generally in life

Patients giving cheques of huge amounts bounces don't pay: what izzat is this/bargain/senior citizen/gratitude of providing service there

All I suggest

Do your bit: Instead of asking for a discount get more than 10 times that with preventive care/or more (why do we reward you for your folly/only positive reinforcement)come for checkups/scans/OPG

Oral healthcare awareness prevents that problem: pain/toothache/money lost/simple filling instead of root canal crown or implants, etc. Surely will make your dentist rich and give you a solution but not wealthy by giving you the information you could have prevented it/that’s actually contributing value to a good quality of life/good word of mouth referral for his family name

Fast forward: little grey hair, wisdom 40 experience:

OMG Bangalore International Airport Ltd terminal 2 drove into the VIP departure lane to drop off fiancé Namrata Shahid security lady with the book came and said are you MLA, etc etc I said Doctor She said, oh!

Thankfully, over my career of over two decades, I have received feedback directly from only 2-3 patients given solutions with colleagues or myself the soft skills learning curve along with technical or their accompanying individuals. This feedback has usually been from the accompanying person’s rudeness for waiting (understandable doctors traveling or procedure longer than expected for the doctor team) or concern for the patient/so generally not allowed inside the chamber since we understand with loved ones worry and concern is higher and not the patient who is usually okay; as we are trained though we like to sometimes call the concerned person inside to understand the procedure/ calm their worries and concern/also positive reinforcement for no anxiety when they are a patient and usually recommended to bring your child along to know safe environment (and guardian accepted norm). I understand, after over two decades in practice, that this is a rare occurrence. What about others? If you respect your doctor and trust their judgment, pay the fees they ask for the value of their services, and have your problem resolved without demanding a guarantee of how long it will last.

Ask companies, ask God, who gave you teeth for life. Why neglect preventive care? Helping patients maintain good oral health has been the foundation of the doctor-patient relationship for years. Patients trust and respect their doctors, and the fees they charge have been reasonable. Don't we need to progress? Thankfully, as the economy grows, some patients are willing to pay whatever fees are required and happily give gifts, express gratitude through messages, and bless their dentists continuously. I have seen this in India with my mentor and have experienced it myself. Still, I have a long way to go, both professionally and personally.

Financially definitely haven’t booked the latest Tesla for my Dad

Thank you to the 99% of patients/family/associations good (others patiently will) who make a positive difference in the humble journey together. I hope to contribute more value to everyone (mainly helping patients/doctors/companies/labs/materials/staff/teams/families support good associations) through the latest feasible in-house (or outsourced to diagnostic centers/labs example) innovation research; AI imaging more if possible, a dental handbook ecosystem, Implantology learning, and general practice more
