What did you buy, or what did you do? Is it true? Did you get your money’s worth? Has this life been worth it? Have you done justice in this life—adding to your own and others’ quality of life with better health instead of being a burden on taxpayers?

Questions to ask yourself before owing anyone any explanation: ask yourself!

The circle of life: Karma—health to wealth, wealth to health, and the cycle of growth and prosperity—leads to knowing your true purpose, happiness, and finding your own path.

Or perhaps, this post is simply about: SLEEP. So, don't keep yourself awake asking these questions

Is your rhythm in harmony, or are you running in circles, sacrificing health and wealth to another time zone? Even if you're physically present, sometimes mutual understanding is necessary. In some places, flights are restricted at night to avoid disturbing sleep—only emergency helicopter ambulances are permitted. I observed this firsthand while staying near a hospital.

Your dentist can often see the signs of sleep deprivation: sunken eyes, or bruxism (teeth grinding) caused by stress, which could even be leading to sleep apnea. Ask your spouse or partner if they hear grinding noises at night. If so, consider getting a night guard to protect those pearly whites from chipping away.

Be the chip off the old block and strive to improve the quality of life for people in your network.

Now, ask yourself: is it worth it?
