Meta-analysis: How and Why It's Done, and How It Can Help the Dental Industry/more..A dream..a reality: EDC
Meta-analysis: Accelerate research and development with your contributions. We understand the importance of collaborative efforts in driving forward innovations and breakthroughs. Meta-analysis helps in anticipating upcoming trends by analyzing the progress in technology—like the growth in dental implants. Now, this insight allows us to realize what may be necessary for the future: growing teeth. Meta-analysis keeps scientists informed by ensuring experiments are redone for verification while avoiding repetition of already completed work—both aspects are crucial. We aim to serve as a platform, enabling the flow of information for faster progress and growth in the right direction, aligned with our stated goals.
Note to Self: Preventive Dental Care/more impact..with better health in a better world
Keeping myself abreast of the latest developments and sharing insights that might help others, myself, my patients, and beyond—aiming to make a lasting positive impact.
Note to Others: (EDC) Elite Dental Club: patients started signing up; low budget, high beneficial returns
While using ChatGPT for grammar and spelling corrections, please remember the words and content are my own. This tool serves as a helpful resource for polishing language, while contributors, influencers, and collaborators enrich the overall input. No patient name or ID disclosed, as we try to keep the information to facts, figures, images, etc. Respectful. Message purpose: Tap the vast population with a simple educational campaign to raise awareness about their oral health, alleviate fears, and encourage regular visits to the dentist, thereby creating a healthier and more productive workforce.
Our Goals Remain the Same:
Habit Formation with Preventive Dental Care: Encouraging consistent, healthy dental habits for long-term well-being. We are excited to announce the return of Preventive Day on 12/12 this year! Additionally, Preventive Tuesdays will be coming up soon. Stay tuned for more details on how these initiatives aim to promote better dental/ general health and awareness for all. Preventive care aims to defer root canals, crowns, bridges, and fillings — ultimately progressing towards the inevitable goal: "Save a tooth." As some treatments would otherwise deteriorate with time. So, defer the inevitable
Regenerative Dentistry: Focusing on tooth growth and the latest advancements in regenerative treatments.
Cancer Cures in Development: Staying informed about potential breakthroughs, including observing cases of spontaneous regression.
Space Developments: Exploring innovations beyond Earth, driven by curiosity and scientific progress. You may wonder how these areas are interconnected. Sometimes intuition offers insights, while other times it’s pure logic and reasoning. Imagine the brilliance if we could trigger cancer regression, like in cases of neuroblastoma, by activating a single gene or protein—similar to USAG-1 in tooth regeneration and then, grow the body part back. If this works for one condition, why not others? Understanding how different environments, whether in space or on Earth, influence these processes could unlock new possibilities as we navigate data with AI, CEO insights, and more. Elon Musk's efficiency with DOGE (Department of Government Efficiency): What is he up to? From my point of view, trying to bypass policies shouldn't come at the cost of destroying our ozone with rocket fuel engines just to break the gravitational field. Transparency in action is a pro, so let's avoid wasteful red tape (grant writing and documentation instead of action should not go on endlessly in overplanning) and find a happy balance with expenditure, like a dental consultation that's fruitful in 10 minutes, followed by designated time to plan for treatment. It is most likely to have a globally impactful, unique change to embrace. Time will tell. So, accept the transition, whether it be dental or political, with peaceful, independent understanding. As long as we are together, we are strong. This is the essence of what democracy is trying to teach us at this stage of evolution, guiding us to progress to the next.
As Dr. Sandesh Mayekar, an aesthetic dentist, has posted, there's a good reason to read the real reason behind these efforts is wisdom. Supporting Trump? Even if not accomplished within our lifetimes, the project is still worth it—the right amount of time to sustain consciousness, life, and the truth about the universe, all with happy moments, like a smile. Otherwise, what's the point?
- First, establish a way to gently bathe across Earth's ozone, much like going between gums and teeth to clean out dirt and calculus—without harming the surrounding structures—allowing it to heal.
- Then, establish a way to go from the Moon to Mars (as the Moon also affects our tidal waves). So, can't damage the moon too; patience is the key within doable timelines like crowns and bridges delivery to a patient
- From Mars, launch to other planets and stars: (Mars edge) we are in the habitable Goldilocks zone. Just like finding the right amount of inflation or the balance between preventive dental care vs. invasive treatment, it’s all about the "right" treatment. Over-treatment vs. under-treatment—preventive dental care helps find the right amount of treatment.
Anyway, as a dentist, we first start with hand instruments, then slow heat motors to drill, and later, high-powered, water-cooled air rotors to cut the tooth. Progress and preservation must go hand in hand. Oral LASERs for more cutting efficiency and more: still, R&D needs to be done as they are not yet justifiable in terms of equipment-to-treatment cost, while diode utility is currently more practical. ATP now and then: As a kid, I thought sunlight powered its own batteries—i.e., the sun recharging its own batteries. Now, four decades later, it's incredible to see how far we've come and how far we still have to go. The more we know, the more progress we make. Happy?
Where are we heading? The intent is good, but there must be checks and balances in the US, India, and elsewhere so we don’t lose sight of the bigger picture, which is family. After all, we are still the only planet known to have life, and we need to preserve it like our own family.
Guns, freedom of speech, and all these rights come under the same umbrella as our own family safe valued, as we venture out—not with fear like eradicated early on, sitting just for routine checkups in a chair, nor through unethical means—but with an understanding of the ecosystem and the natural order of things: justice, etc., and our moral principles in India. We aim to live in harmony as we advance as a civilization, using weapons only for protection against invaders, not against each other. From Guru Purab to Eid, Christmas to Diwali, our celebrations remind us of unity and shared own growth common ground values, such as not buying votes if possible. Losing hope for opportunity or self-preservation or constantly striving for expansion without contentment can lead to problems like immigrants crossing borders. Instead, we must uphold law and order, embracing our oneness in humanity. We should understand that the power of our choice lies in our actions and decisions today, and that very choice will lead us toward a future of greater fulfillment and much more. Finding loopholes should not be akin to shortcuts in dentistry, but rather involve simple, effective treatments for complex procedures—much like tips in clinical dental practice. Sacrificing my time and efforts to learn for the sake of safety is a priority, both to pass down knowledge to patients and, hopefully, to other dentists. This aligns with the "wait and watch" approach to understanding what the future may hold, including observing potential side effects (or perhaps none, or learning how to overcome them) during trials of regenerative techniques like growing teeth, while learning from the successes and failures of past technologies. Long-term warranties and humility, rather than arrogance or profit, should be our focus, especially in healthcare business alignment. Even crown warranties I didn't pass on to patients because the lab closed down, leaving the dentist to handle it. In hindsight, I realize it was a marketing gimmick, so I didn’t pass it down, along with the implant warranties given. Initially, at Dr. Dhruv Dental Care at GG Hospital, we offered a 6-month warranty, which was written on the back of my prescriptions, along with a statement outlining the vision, mission, and role responsibilities based on my understanding at the time. After that, during my independent practice, there were no warranties for the next five years. Now, based on my experience at 3M, I see that this was the right choice. So, instead of looking for loopholes in policies, let's focus on generating goodwill and promoting happiness for the greater good. For example, the "D Warranty" is the first legally drafted dental warranty introduced at our clinic. It provides patients with some reassurance of post-care for two months and then offers one year of coverage at 20-40% less than the original cost. This approach gives patients added confidence, while also aligning with the healthcare business model, ensuring sustainability for practitioners. (While patient data, beyond the mandatory required statements, is securely kept by the patient themselves and shown only when needed to claim their warranty or for past reference, patients are encouraged to verbally inform dental doctors of any other medical issues during each visit. This builds trust over time, with regular visits and the use of systems like Doxper-friendly electronic prescription forms.) The warranty is extendable to two years if the patient is enrolled in the PCDP (Preventive Care Dental Package) under the Elite Dental Club of our clinic. Additionally, in the unlikely event of closure or if something were to happen to me, it is a well-known tradition for doctors to pass down their patients to the next generation. This whole relationship is fundamentally based on trust. This warranty is not valid in other independent participating clinics, as they only offer services as listed on the new look navigational.ai site. The choice, decision, and understanding of additional services are left entirely up to those clinics and their individual patient agreements. Now, as we evolve interdependently to a higher level, we converge to collaborate, in alignment with my vision to work together & grow a lot more happy together.
Hydrogen cars are considered safer—are they truly safer, or do we mean safer in the sense that hydrogen can also be used as rocket fuel? I proposed ATP (adenosine triphosphate) as a safer alternative, similar to how sunlight safely crosses our ozone layer and how water returns to the environment. Through electrolysis, currents break down water into hydrogen and oxygen, which can then power hydrogen fuel cells. Dark matter in it's relation? How? You can read one point of view in my scientific publications and application in dentistry too. Wow! Electric power seems old now! How are we progressing so fast?
AI: Robotics: Organizing our database in healthcare and more? Dental requires creativity along with repetition. Therefore, as per the following certificate of workshop attended, graphs, along with mental health practitioners, show that the unknowns of the brain (only 6% known) are still more in the hands of doctors. Radiologists and other specialists in the field: It is affected more by these repetitive learning and reasoning variables, though it remains a tool we need to master—like our mind-hand coordination in dentistry, a skill learned with practice or collaboration through communication, and the mind in most other fields, which is not repetitive. So, the path to progress in our life path is in our hands, with preservation in mind.

A simple Gutka tobacco ad can be misleading—you are the real hero. Rather not entertainment or profit-motivated only; it's important to sustain life in today's world rather than educate. So, let’s approach this life blog or long journey filled with hopefulness together with humility and a deeper understanding, rather than opting for a quick tweet or rushed post. Together, we evolve with time, moving forward on this shared path: grow together, happily.
Do please forward the blog if you like it. Also, kindly recheck as I tend to add a lot of content by the end of the month or after thoughtful feedback, updates, or new editions. This is done to keep the real Truth Journal alive, which is the real reason I continue to work. While keeping myself busy between patients, I strive to stay abreast of the latest information. For example, I realized that dental implants may need to be deferred if implant companies like Nobel Biocare do not assure a transition plan as lifetime product warranties. Other company some surgeon mentioned already difficulty when a new product comes out. This would ensure spare parts availability for patients, especially if new technology reduces demand and profitability. We, as dentists, must help convey this concern to our patients, ensuring they understand the potential impact of these changes on their long-term care. We must maintain trust in our science and the dental supply chain. Ultimately, as we all vow ‘do no harm,’ we should not leave patients in a difficult situation. As heavy investments are made by patients and doctors alike along with lab owners and more
